Hi, I’m Rick. I’m looking for a granny flat or studio around the Bayside area, ideally somewhere I can settle into and treat as home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

I’m easygoing, respectful and pretty independent. I keep to myself when appropriate, but I’m also friendly and happy to have a chat. I’m clean and tidy, look after where I live, and I’m conscious of respecting other people’s privacy and space.

I do some volunteer work with Pets of the Homeless and spend a fair bit of my time writing. I also enjoy sport, catching up with friends and, when I get the chance, playing a bit of golf.

I’m looking for somewhere quiet, comfortable and private, preferably a granny flat or studio with its own bathroom and basic cooking facilities. I’m not looking for a party house, just a good place with decent people around it.
