I work full time at a warehouse in Brisbane and I'm looking for a room in a clean, friendly share house. I'm very chill, respectful, and easy to live with, and I tend to keep to myself, so I'm no trouble around the house. I have a steady full-time job, so rent is always on time.

Outside of work I love cooking, playing tennis, and running. I spend most weekends at the beach or out doing things, so the place is often quiet. I always clean up after myself and like shared spaces to stay tidy. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish.

I'm looking for a private room in a well-kept house with housemates who respect each other's space and split bills fairly. I'm ready to move in the week of 9 November, and I can provide references and proof of income on request.
