30, work full time and looking for a new place to stay as my lease is ending. Lease is ceasing 6.11.26, however can move in before then. Open to a long term stay and looking mainly Northern Suburbs but open to South.
Would consider myself reasonable active and can be quite sociable but also enjoy personal time. Enjoy the gym regularly, playing guitar and a few other hobbies.
