Hi there, thanks for checking out my listing :) I'm a 39yro civil engineer recently moved from NZ (originally from Croatia) and I'm looking for a place to call home longterm. I flatted for years and also lived by myself so I'm respectful of people's time and space. I work FIFO, 2:1 roster.
I like to think that I'm a good mix of outdoorsy and homebody, I'm relaxed, social but I also like to mind my own business and keep myself busy by going to the gym, reading or picking up random new/old hobbies. I'm tidy, reliable with rent, don’t smoke or party, and I have no problems living with cats or dogs. I'm a keen rider and I'm looking to buy a motorcycle again, therefore I would need a little bit of space in the garage or lockable shed to keep the bike safe while I'm away.
Long story short - I’d be a pretty low maintenance housemate who just gets on with things :)
