Yaawar

Hi, I’m Yaawar, 19, and I’ll be moving to Melbourne in early 2027 to study at Monash College.
I’d say I’m easy to live with because I’m respectful, tidy, and pretty considerate of shared spaces. I like keeping the kitchen, bathroom and living area clean, and I’m not the type to be loud or disruptive. I don’t smoke or drink, and I generally prefer a calm, comfortable home environment.
I enjoy fitness, tennis, cooking and exploring new places, so I’m friendly and sociable, but I also respect privacy and personal space. I’d be happy to have a friendly household where everyone gets along, but I’m not looking for a chaotic party house.
At the moment I’m looking to team up with 1–2 other students to rent a nice furnished apartment around Docklands or near Southern Cross, ideally somewhere modern with good facilities and convenient access to Monash College.
If you’re clean, respectful and looking for a comfortable place to live, I think we’d probably get along well.
