Hi, I’m Kiara! 👋

I’m 37, single, a non-smoker and a big animal lover, with no kids or pets.

After coming out of a long-term relationship, I recently moved further north for a fresh start and to be closer to family and friends.

As a housemate, I’m easygoing, clean, tidy and considerate of others. I enjoy a chat but also like having my own space and am quite happy doing my own thing. I’m respectful of shared areas, mindful of other people’s privacy and generally pretty low-maintenance to live with.

I value good communication and know being mindful of each other’s preferences makes sharing a home much easier and more comfortable for everyone.

Financially, I’m comfortable and have my bond and rent ready to go. I recently finished up with my previous employer because of the move and am currently looking for work locally. In the meantime, I’m receiving Centrelink payments and can comfortably cover my living expenses. Rent has always been my first financial priority. 😊
