Hannah and Takumi

We enjoy a relaxed and considerate environment, and are respectful both in terms of cleanliness and use of space. Happy to hang out and create a homly feel but also understand the need for personal routines and downtime!

We tend to be early risers and are usually asleep by 9PM during the week. We are definitely not seeking a party house as we often have work on the weekends still but we don't mind a little bit of noise or few friends over if that is your thing, just a heads up and some consideration is always appreciated and returned :)

Takumi is routine focused - he works as a Barista full time, and is usually at the gym, on a run, in the sauna, napping at the beach, or watching TV when he isn't working.

I provide childcare/nanny, so my schedule tends to fluctuate a little bit more but I like doing little crafty things for fun, music, grabbing coffees and going for walks with my friends, reading at the beach, running and doing different little classes!
