John and Adrian

Hi! My name is John. Me and my friend Adrian is looking for a place to rent long term. We are two 21 years olds from Sweden looking for the next place to call home on the Gold Coast. We are currently here on a Working Holiday Visa so we are looking to get set up and settled for the long term.

I (John) run my own business as a music producer where I sell my music full time. I also plan to get a part time job here in Gold Coast. On my free time you’ll usually find me at the gym, hanging at the beach, going for a surf if I’m not too caught up on deadlines with the business.

I (Adrian) have a job on distance as an appointment booker where I make cold calls and booking in meetings. I have a few job interviews already booked here in the good goast so I’m very exited to start working contribute to the better here.

As housemates, we’re very easy-going, calm, and respectful of people’s space and routine. Having lived in shared housing before, we know how important it is to keep communal areas clean and reliable with rent. We’re always up for a good chat, a beer, or a coffee, but I also completely value downtime and quiet nights.

Since we don’t currently have a location locked in we are open to places anywhere but ideally close to the beach. We really like burleigh heads and the surrounding areas, from Broadbeach down to Palm Beach.
