Currently looking for a 6 to 12-month lease (pending how we get along), I own my own place in Innaloo but it’s rented out currently with no plans as yet to return.

I work 4 x days a week, and study Interior Design on the day off. I WFH 2 x days - so essentially home 3 x days in the weekday - so a space for a desk in my room or elsewhere in the house would be a bonus.

Out of the house I am at the gym, hiking, spending time with family and friends, traveling, finding new cafes and bars to try, or learning something new like pottery.

Inside the house I am very clean and respectable of shared spaces - before I lived on my own, I lived with a partner/sharehouse for ten++ years.

Prefer to live with only one or two other people, and would like it to be social where we can build a friendship (but understanding of downtime and space).

Would love to live somewhere where a cafe is less than ten mins walk and I’m near a train line or not far from the coast.
