Achraf and Lucie

Hello,

My name is Achraf, and I'm a Master's student in Computer Science from Belgium. I'll be studying at the University of Tasmania in Hobart as an exchange student.

I'm currently looking for a furnished, self-contained studio or apartment with a private bathroom and kitchen, suitable for **two occupants (my partner and myself)**.

Our intended rental period is **from 1 February to 30 June 2027**, potentially extending into the first week of July.

I'd like to know whether your property would be available during this period and if you'd be open to a short-term lease of approximately 5 months.

Could you also confirm the weekly rent for two occupants and whether utilities are included?

You can contact me through any of the following

Thank you for your time. I look forward to hearing from you!

Kind regards,
Achraf
