Hi folks! I'm looking to split a 3 bedroom townhouse with someone in the western suburbs (think one floor each with a shared kitchen) because rent is stupid expensive and it's the ideal living situation imo.

I do have a cat, she's lovely, and I'll pay 60% as I'll need to use the extra room in case my 9yo daughter ever stays. Preferably seeking a female housemate due to the daughter thing.

I make music and work super varied hours across a couple of hospo jobs, so there's a chance you'll barely see me, but when I'm home I'm down for a chat and the odd drinky poos. I also have a pretty nice projector if you're keen for a movie night or some trashy reality TV.

Currently living in Geelong which makes NO sense for my work sitch, my lease is up in January so I'm looking to move around then. Flexible-ish around that time. Don't be a stranger!
