IDEALLY LOOKING FOR A GRANNY FLAT OR STUDIO

Hello all my name is Lauren, and I’m looking for a share house/granny flat/bungalow/1 bedroom unit etc.

Unfortunately my brothers and i’s rental has been sold so we have to move but we have had nothing but rejections trying to find somewhere to live together so now I’m searching on my own!

What I am looking for:
1. 45 minute radius of Keysborough (where I work)
2. Ideally my own space so a granny flat/bungalow etc however I am still looking at regular share houses.
3. No share rooms, I want a private room.
4. My own bathroom/ensuite (due to personal reasons) it is not a deal breaker if it’s sharing however.
5. I have a car, so somewhere to park it. Street is fine!
6. Need be on a lease, or landlord sign a rent assistance certificate.
7. Looking long term 12+ months. I am wanted stability.
8. Fine with either renting through a landlord or an agency
9. Not a party house
10. Looking to share/rent with people similar In age.
11. Unfurnished room, I have my own bed and desk (can lose the desk) I also have a new fridge which is only a few months old that I would like to bring also.
12. If a granny flat etc willing to look at semi furnished.
13. I do not want to be the only female in the house.

A bit about me:
1. I work casual, but I am also on the DSP (I have been for 14 years) so my income is steady
2. I have no pets, children or a partner.
3. I am introverted so I like my own space, however open for chats. Privacy is important to me.
4. I am friendly towards everything (lgbtqi+, pet and 420) (Please note I do not smoke, I am just non judgemental towards those who do)
5. I have lived in share houses before, so I understand how things work.
6. I love animals so I do not mind if you have pets.

PRICE: Depends on the situation:
$350 p/w included max if its my own space (granny flat etc)
$300 p/w bills included max for a room (especially with own bathroom)
Less without bills/shared bathroom

Some extra info on me!
I am 31 years old. I have been living in Melbourne for 18 months, originally from Hobart. I am a dance teacher which I love. I do beauty pageants for a hobby, as well as modelling here or there. I love a good Netflix binge session.
