I’m looking for a room with an ensuite, close to the beach (anywhere Mermaid down to Burleigh) ideally has parking available.

I’m after quite a specific room, I’m not desperate to move. I’m flexible with cost, move date and location (as long as near the beach).

I’m a clean and considerate housemate, I’ve lived in plenty of share houses in my time so I know how to contribute to a comfortable home. I value a tidy space, I’m very respectful of privacy but always up for a kitchen chat! When I’m not working I enjoy going for walks/ attempting to run, going to the gym, and I don’t mind the occasional night out.

I will be there half the time and away the rest.
