Looking for a female housemate to team up for a place in the subi / west Leederville area who likes their own space but also doesn’t mind having dinner / glass of wine together.

Apartment will be furnished by me except for your bedroom. Will each have our own bathroom and would be happy with on street parking (dependent on property). Hopefully with gym and pool.

I’m a professional working south of Perth, so looking for a spot close to the cbd / some easy access to transport.
I don’t work from home often (maybe twice a month) so I’m out of the house majority of the week.
When I’m not at work I love to exercise - running, coastal walks, Pilates, swimming & gym.
Otherwise I enjoy going to brunch / dinner with friends or travelling.

Budgeting at about $380-$450 each, plus bills and looking to move beginning of July.
