Hello, I’m Azwan. Just a brief introduction about me. I’m currently working in PwC as an External Auditor in Southbank. My current apartment is being sold, so I’m looking for a quiet, peaceful home within easy reach of my office. Originally, im from singapore and move to melbourne in late 2022. I am intending to move in starting on 23/24 Aug and if possible the lease start on 25 Aug.

Lifestyle – I spend most of my time in the office during the week including weekends, so I mainly need a peaceful/quiet night space to sleep and recharge. I’m a non-smoker, rarely cook, and will move in with only a double mattress as my furniture. The mattress helps me to sleep well. I dont really have hobbies except probably reading and sight seeing nature, walking in the park and gazing into the sky, including at night doing star gazing stars. I like to keep myself healthy and keep my stuffs neat and tidy. I only socialised outside of the house; just a habit of mine.

Rental track-record – I’ve leased my present place since March 2023 and have never missed or been late on a payment.

Stability – I hold a subclass 4-year 482 skilled-worker visa valid till Sep 2026. However, i maybe to heading back to Singapore sometime in May/Jun 26.
