Hi All

I'm looking to find one or two other similar down to earth, friendly and honest professionals (no roomsharers and ideally not a couple in a 2 bed) who are looking for a home rather than a simple share house. My preference would be a modern two (cost up to ca. $1000/wk) or three bed property (up to ca. $1500/wk) with outside space in or around Darlinghurst (where I live now), Surry Hills or the CBD but am open to other areas. More specifically on cost this would be from $400-500/room/week plus bills whilst I can pay a bit more for the master bedroom and my own bathroom. I have most of the furniture for a 2 bed place in storage as my current flat came furnished but am flexible on keeping/using this.

About Me

I'm a 36 year old accountant originally from New Zealand. I've been in Sydney for four years having spent the previous six in London. I would describe myself as a responsible, tidy and easy-going person who is always happy to socialise with my flatmates when appropriate or to do my own thing. Typically my work can involve long hours Monday to Friday so would prefer somewhere quiet and chilled to come home to during the week. On the other hand I do like to make the most of my weekends and also enjoy reading, going to the gym, travelling, and catching up with friends & family when I can.
