I work full-time in energy as an operations controller (7–4, sometimes weekends). Evenings are usually gym or relaxing. I’m tidy, clean weekly, and happy to join a cleaning roster. I meal prep but enjoy shared cooking. In my free time, I’m mostly outdoors with my hobbies. I have a small hatchback, so parking is a bonus.

Friendly, tidy and respectful. I’m routine oriented and fitness focused so most of the time after work and weekends I’d be at the gym or doing something active. Weekends are also spent doing something fitness related but also for social interaction. Enjoy a good chat but also value down time and personal space. I’m relocating permanently to Canberra from Melbourne and in profile it says 3 months but to start with but can stay 6 months or more. Also flexible on the max rent price, all depends on the place and if it’s the right fit. :) I don’t have a car at the moment, which is why I’ve Chosen places that aren’t too far from the city or transport but I’m open to other areas as I could look into getting a car. I do prefer if within 15 walk to a bus stop :)
