• Spacious bedroom with ample robing The location within the Gungahlin Town Centre gives you access to a range of restaurants, shopping, outdoor activities and easy transport to the city, and the future Capital Metro light rail project will see transport options to the area further improved. The new Marketplace represents a lively hub for retail, commercial and entertainment uses while maintaining the unique “urban village” character.
Hi :) My warm and sunny dwelling is in need of another resident. It's a three bedroom house with two bathrooms and separate toilet. Currently inhabited by myself and my furry companions. I would ideally prefer a couple or one other person (to keep one bedroom unoccupied). This would bring rent to: $237.50 each - between to of us; keeping one bedroom unoccupied The house is multilevel with wooden floorboards throughout and carpeted bedrooms. Spacious backyard with wood fire bbq. In ground swimming pool!! Large, open kitchen. Pretty much your dream house right? RIGHT! With an easy 15 minute drive to the city, 5 to Belconnen and basically none to Kippax/Holt (so much tasty food) it can seem a daunting distance from most things but if you know the right roads to take (I will teach you young grasshopper) most of Canberra is easily accessible.
I have just graduated from UNSW and have a full time job as a geospatial intelligence analyst in Canberra. I like to keep my self pretty busy. I go for a run or to the gym early in the morning before work and also enjoy a bit of banter at home. On the weekends I usually like getting out and about, going for a cycle or hike. I also sometimes catch up on some work or read some books.
Looking for one female to move in with two females who both works in tourism. Speedy, reliable Internet available. Shared bathroom with one person. Quiet area, close to public transport, with a bus stop less than 100 meters down the road, GIO Stadium and a five minute drive to Westfield Belconnen. Apartment is fully furnished except for the bedroom. Shared underground secure car space and storage shed available. No pets allowed (landlords rules, not ours!)
Hi, I am an Arts/Science university student at ANU who is looking for a cosy, vibrant and friendly place to call home. :) I am a tidy, well-travelled, easy-going and open-minded person who likes to be social but also respects personal space. I pay my bills on time, have share house experience and would ideally like to have a communal dinner every now and then over craft beer. I am a Netflix and tea addict but mainly enjoy sharing quality company and conversation. I come with a Pinterest-worthy den/batcave and a plethora of fun facts. :P

Hi, I am a full time public servant who studies part-time at the ANU. I work in Acton so am looking to share a house nearby. I love riding my bike (I don't have a car), keeping up to date with the news and learning new tricks! Not adverse to hitting up the town or going out, but do also enjoy quiet time. I used to play ultimate frisbee until I smashed my ankle up good - now I lick my wounds. Am currently looking for a new weekend activity which doesn't involve running and turning. I do have a dog (named 'The Munter') which I would love to bring with me but can arrange alternative accomodation for him for the right house/group.
I'm 29 and work as an Architect. Original from Germany but lived in Sydney lately. Now I got a new job in Canberra and would like to find a nice place in a shared house/apartment or maybe team up with somebody who wants to open up one. I'd love to find a place with people which enjoy a chat, dinner and a glas of wine or cider sometimes together. I also sometimes like to have my own time...a good mix with people who are the same would be great. Cheers, Jo I'm also happy to team up. Where are the best areas to live? Cheers Jo
Hello! I'm Steph. I've lived in Canberra for slightly over 18 months and my current awesome housemate is moving interstate. I work full time for the APS. Not totally sure on moving dates yet (in 4-6 weeks maybe), but will update as I know. I'm keen to live in another place, but still be close to civic. I'm a neat and clean housemate, with a good wine collection (open to some sharing haha)! I respect space but enjoy social time at home too - I hope my housemate is the same. I also hope you're house proud, chilled, respectful and fun. I enjoy Pilates, hikes, weekend sleep-ins and cooking. I also have an apartment-worth of relatively new furniture (including lounge room and kitchen) that I would like to use and not store. Looking forward to chatting!
I'm looking for somewhere to move in early September (TBC) , and can send my little bro to inspect, I will also come down on a weekend (I am in Sydney for now) I'm a non-smoker, and smoke-free accommodation is a must I'm after a room to myself, Would also prefer a quiet ish household - so I can get to sleep at a reasonable hour, but still sociable where the housemates are friendly, approachable and like to chat I'll be working on the Canberra Light Rail job, so a place near that alignment is ideal

Uni graduate finished studying arts/ science (psychology) at ANU last year, went travelling to Europe for a few months and am now working in Belconnen full time. Although I work in Belconnen, I am happy to be around the city or as far as Crace to the North and as far as Campbell to the east. About me: I'm fun and enjoy socialising and will usually be out and about doing things, but am always up hang out with the house fam and chill out! I like to keep things clean but don't expect anyone to be as clean as I am, just respectable :) I enjoy travelling and adventure activities and try get time to do this as much as I can. I also like fitness and training and endeavor to incorporate this into most days :) I like going hiking on the weekends to explore new places and find some great views that I like to photograph. In saying I like fitness, cheese and dumplings are my two favourite foods and I will eat copious amounts of these :). I'm looking for like minded housemates who are keen to make friends and actually enjoy living together but also understand basic housemate code. If there was a house that allowed pets it would be the icing on the cake :) I really am looking for somewhere I can have my dog over. He wouldn't be there all the time as my parents have a dog that he is living with currently who would miss him too much if I took him away, but I want somewhere that it doesn't matter if I bring him. My dog: His name is Baloo and although I may be bias, he is the best dog in the world. He is a blue english/american staffy. He's very chilled and obedient and well trained. He sits, will wait for food patiently and will go sit on his bed when I tell him to. When I take him to the dog park he mainly hangs out with the humans to get all the pats because he is too smart for his own good! Happy for anyone to meet him before they decide about us :) but I can guarantee you will love him. If you have any other questions I would be happy to answer them :) Thanks, Alice.

I'm currently working part time at Apple in the city and studying full time at ANU so would like to be close to these areas. I like to have people around fairly often and am looking for a relaxed but respectful and tidy environment to call home. I'm also more than happy to cook and share cleaning of common areas, I'm currently flatsharing so have my own bedroom furniture, and looking to move for something a little less expensive.
It is a very open plan in a great location in Gungahlin and a beautiful place to live. I'm looking for someone who is social but also likes to just hang out. I am at home most of the time, if not I'm at work. I'm not asking very much as I am wanting this to be a place for people to move into when they are still looking around for something better for them. You can stay however long or short you would like.
