I'm a 25 year old from Melbourne and I'll be moving to Canberra soon for a grad program with the Department of Finance 😊 I'll be moving with my 6 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Bella 🐾 Preferences: - Rent $200-$300/week 💸 - Move in December/January, will pay from November for the right house 🏡 - House or Townhouse with a secure outdoor space (size doesn't matter) but also happy to look at apartments! 🏘️ - Location: Central with good public transport links and parking available - Female housemates aged 21-35, max 4 in the house total (will also consider male housemates for the right place!) - Dog friendly (duh!) 🐾 About me! - I studied Arts at Monash with a double major in History and in Theatre and Performance - I love musical theatre + pop music (Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter and Maisie Peters are my current top 3) - I'm excited to explore Canberra and check out the best markets, restaurants and bars, but I also love staying home with a glass of wine 🥂 - I'm clean, tidy and respectful of others, and looking for housemates who enjoy the occasional hangout but also appreciate quiet time 😂 About Bella! - Okay I know everyone says their dog is perfect... But she literally is ❤️ She will happily be your best friend, as she loves everyone she's ever met! - Bella loves a good nap, playing fetch with her toys, and cuddling up on the couch - She gets a walk twice a day but otherwise is very lazy - She loves exploring the outdoors and will be very happy to sniff out the best of Canberra, both on trails and at cafes. - Bella gets along with all dogs but would prefer living with a small/medium dog with a medium to low energy level (she would also love to be the only dog!) - She's never lived with a cat and doesn't quite understand them, so no cats are preferred (but also not a deal-breaker, as she's super friendly!)

I am super social and would love to live with others who are up for movie and wine nights, heading for coffee and grabbing dinner on weekends. However during the week are respectful and happy for low-key nights. I am a very tidy and type A kind of person, and while I'm no cook I will always clean up my uber eats and share my late night sweet treats. I love to play a bit of social sport and head out on hikes but am the farthest thing from a gym rat, I far prefer a sleep in or an evening with a good book.

Hi, my name is Aziz and I have been living in Canberra for almost 2 years now, working as a General Manager of an arthouse cinema! :) Originally from London, I lived in Melbourne for a few years, before briefly relocating to Brisbane and now our glorious nation's capital. I also love my music, particularly of the dance variety (don't worry though, I pretty much only ever listen to it on headphones). Also I am clean and tidy, particularly when it comes to the kitchen. All those years of working in hospo I guess! In conclusion, most people would describe me as easy to get along with and very approachable, making me an ideal housemate (if I say so myself)... I have some bedroom furniture so ideally not looking for somewhere too furnished lol, otherwise I'm pretty light on stuff. Looking for somewhere in the inner north! 🤠💚
