I am an un paid Artist looking to sell my creative artworks on a professional platform once I settle in to a peaceful environment/ location furthermore to set up at the local markets if any. In which my values highlight the need that privacy is respected as I like to read also. However essentially enjoy a friendly household dynamic with mannerisms and household rules and boundaries. . I do enjoy discussions about Herbal healing , Gardening, vedic Astrology , astronomy , physics quantum entanglement as I am Looking to enrol for online studies this year 2025. I do practice meditation so if you hear me whispering or paying my respects in a foreign language quietly in the room in which I will be renting that is what I am doing . Rest assured the of the use of head phones whilst I practice my spiritual beliefs as to not disturb others. . Ideally if I could set up a small foldable table outdoors or in a garage I will use a drop sheet for my artwork / canvas painting. . I have no pets . I have my own vehicle . I do not accept invitations to video chats via ANY social platform especially platforms such as wats app,Facebook, Microsoft team ups or google chat , Skype or any other video conference platform not listed that entails click bait posing cyber security threats and or additional request of data that infringes my rights to privacy and protection due to anti discrimination laws and privacy law. If you would like to request to meet formally in person before moving in. This may be limited if your location challenges the distance in fuel as I am on a Centrelink allowance. I uphold my right to my safety online, in regard to online scams and data breaches running rife in NSW due to the dissemination of personal details that forcefully require more information than is required by law . A full birth name and phone number is all that should be required for anyone leading or renting . A police clearance can be obtained upon request , however my personal experience in obtaining this information via online methods via NSW police dept and the NSW police community portal website in which denies access to its service and or impracticable function that are not consistent nor sustainable , in which ive reported to NSW parliament ministry assembly and council . Websites obtaining personal data that are not indemnified by the utilising the web application and or have not been addressed in putting forward these concerns to certain members of parliament. Essentially I see cyber crime a threat to online users throughout a 4 year period to my awareness evidently infringing the publics right to safety formally and informally . I have encountered staff members in person that underpin social security departments finance departments and law enforcement bodies whom are In a senior role whom reflect a staff member being trained , as evidently from my experience staff could not greet staff with a level of customer service that reflects their values on friendly customer service by addressing a person by their god given name , ultimate disrespect extremely unprofessional and outright rude. Neither from my experience provide a product or service with legal guidelines and explanations of the operations of the entitys operations and how they provide their product/s or service/s . In addition the non compliance to protect the publics safety in accordance with the relevant Legislative framework without discrimination in the reporting and resolutions process and to re evaluate safety legislation in accordance when threat is imminent or evident. The impact not only to the general public is also significant on small to large business. EG We now have the stock take market replicating the purchase and shares in gold and silver and guising it illegally as bit coin/ crypto currency ultimately this financial and data scam poses serious threat. No financial legislation would endorse this authentically by law without legal ramifications under the Commonwealth and it's jurisdictions hense why banking corporations have the legal responsibility to hold store and disclose our money and data with integrity & indemnity for any loss or damages, inclusive of defamation of character incurred by the use of its services or products. These policies and procedures reflect legislation abroad in the collection ,storage, disclosure & usage of any governed / licencee establishment /office .These same policy procedures reflect and are applicable from an economic stand point thought each department in governance throughout Australia and it's states also applicable and underpins consumer laws . Example online discount memberships /Giant supermarket food chains price gauging , a lack of transparency from retailers, chemists , supermarkets, Banks and social security. Staff eclectically/ abroad in any role of employment MUST comply with duty of care , code of conduct in their customer relations ,sales departments, and advisory bodies to ensure storing data in accordance with the laws that safely store your information without data breach or cyber crime. Re evaluation in its policy and procedures and provide a policy review to ensure information is confidentially stored in accordance with privacy legislation and anti discrimination legislation along with freedom of speech in the grievance / reporting security and or privacy threats without bias or misconduct. This same legislation is underpinned by our charter of human rights legislation. . LEGAL NOTICE :I have a zero tolerance policy towards violence of any form along with sexual harassment unfortunately I have sadly experienced this in sharing accommodation and am an advocate against this criminal behaviour. Flatmates.com is not a dating site this renting platform is intended solely for professional use in renting and leasing agreements for shared accommodation. I will have NO hesitation in contacting the authorities and or appropriate reporting bodies if I am being blackmailed or threatened or asked to leave without legal notice as to arrange another suitable living arrangement due to any kind of sexual harassment or domestic violence. I have looked at the legalities notice on flatmates homepage for each jurisdiction / state and it seems I found some grammar issues that have come to my awareness raising concern of the sites authenticity, legal contracts should not have these errors and should be correct as to comply with legislative requirement. Something I need to point out to the website developer as it is critical to ensure the rental contract or lease agreement /contract is clear and concise. Otherwise flatmates.com online platform may not be in compliance in relation to leasing legislation if the contract does not include certain interpretations in a written rental agreement for example being clear of the party / ies involved you I and or they.
