The Shed is a fully furnished self contained granny flat at the rear of my home. It is totally separate and there are no shared spaces.
Access is via a side, well lit, drive/laneway with plenty of on-street parking.
The space has three separate rooms: bedroom (with a door), modern bathroom/laundry (with a Miele washing machine) and a kitchenette/living area (smart TV).
There is also a private courtyard to enjoy the warmer days and/or nights.
Located within walking distance to public transport, shops, restaurants, a 24 hour gym, parklands and bike tracks, Alphington is also a very safe area.
Weekly rates are:
Single Occupancy - $495
Double Occupancy - $525
The space is not suitable for pets.
