Hola! We're a friendly family looking for a reliable and respectful tenant to rent our cozy bungalow, located at the back of our house, offering you a private and peaceful living space. I'm originally from Venezuela, currently on maternity leave with our beautiful 5 months old daughter, and my partner Tim is from NZ, running his own handyman business. We're a fun-loving family who enjoy spending time outdoors you can find us surfing, diving, or taking leisurely bike rides around the wetlands with our 5 year-old Kelpie, Vaccine (our Covid Puppy 😊). Vax is a sweet and obedient companion who loves people, adds an extra layer of security to the property, and even dabbles in kelpie competitions. We take maintaining our home, including the gardens and lawns. If you're a like-minded person who appreciates a relaxed and active lifestyle, we'd love to hear from you.
