The backyard is fairly big, and we also have a BBQ for if you want to have friends over at any point. The room already has a bed and bedside tables, however I can be flexible with the furnishings. Also included in the rent ($606 per month/$140 per week) is free eggs (I have three ducks) unlimited company from my dog (A cocker spaniel called Snoots) and all the bills, including unlimited internet. The rent is payable in the 14th of every month, and the bond is two weeks rent.
