Hey there my gorgeous little unit in seaford is quite homely and cosy. I have a cat who is sort of half indoor half outdoor cat. You will get alot of love from her so i hope you're not allergic to cats. I don't party but love to have friends over for food and chilling. We are a 3 minute drive to the beach and train station. There is public transport within walking distance and also shops within walking distance. We have heating and air con. I'm growing my own veggies in the backyard at the moment and would love to work on a few more things for example a compost.
