The location of this home is impeccable; Direct access to the beach across the road, minutes walk to woolworths one way and the seaford shops and train station the other. Perfect for students attending Monash Uni, Peninsula Campus. Easy to get to the eastlink and a little further around to get to peninsula link. Its fully floor boarded throughout and every room is separated/has its own doorway so plenty of privacy. its a beach shack, an older home and has plenty of character. everything is negotiable but smoking and drugs are def out and no one who sells themselves bringing random guys into the home (Yes, that has happened previously) I don't have an issue if you do that but not while living with me thanks. I'm in no hurry and will wait for the right fit but please, feel free to message me.

Gorgeous house with a great backyard, kept neat and tidy alongside friendly neighbours and a very short walk to the beach. You'll have your own space with areas to relax outside your room, including a large deck and another room which is rarely used and will remain as a spare room for guests. There is a great social kitchen and living room with the backyard as an outlook. The room has built in robes and plenty of space for a bed and bedside tables/tallboy etc. 2 toilets, one bathroom. Its great living in Patterson Lakes. We live on the water on the Marina. Public Transport is at our front door as is the shopping centre. We are very close to the beach as well. A very central and relaxed location. The bedroom on offer has its own balcony with table chairs and a door to access it.
This house is really like a home. My mum and I live here but I'm moving out and eventually, you will be living with my mother. She is a very good cook so if you want to enjoy time with her you will not go hungry haha
