Hi everyone, it's a great place in Seaford near the beach. About a 5 minute walk to the bus and 8 minutes to Kananook Railway station. The room isn't big but it's very nice looking out onto the front verandah and is decorated in the French Provincial style. This room would suit a lady better.

We are looking for 1 person, preferably in their 20s, to rent out an upstairs bedroom. The room has a built in wardrobe and is 3x3m in size, with a large window to let sunlight in. There is currently 1 couple living upstairs renting out 2 rooms (there are 3 bedrooms in total), so the upstairs bathroom will be shared (it has a bathtub!). The downstairs kitchen is shared and downstairs bathroom has a washing machine for you to use. We are currently in the process of making the living room a nice cozy area for us all to relax in. The house is at the end of a street so there is little car traffic, and we have a very large driveway (with only one car occupying it) for parking, or even a garage if requested. This is a great location, close walking distance from the beach. Seaford is great for summer! 10 min walk from restaurant, shops train line, anything really. You can’t hear the train from the house which is great!! A little old school. Everything is handmade inside which is pretty quirky but a very good vibe.
The property is 2 storey With a powder room down stairs and split system. It’s a new property, 3 years old and very clean and parking is at the side of the property. We are second house on the block so it’s off the street down a driveway. Upstairs is a seperate toilet and a bathroom with shower and a bath. The room currently is used for storage but can have everything moved quickly to a storage facility. My room is identical so layout can be checked out. The whole house is to be your home not just the room, and it is homely in a good area of seaford. Located closely to easlink and freeway. Come check it out, you will see it is homely and affordable.
Hey guys i just got the lease of a new huge house in Seaford. It is a 3 bedrooms house positioned perfectly for so many lifestyle options. I have 2 private room to rent both came with built in robes and there are 2 bathrooms which means you only have to share your bathroom with 1 other housemate. There is a modern kitchen and a ducted heating & split system Air-con. Large lounge and dining area. Completing the home is a big rear yard and garage shed. Located only moments from public transport being train or bus faciliets, with close distance to Bayside Shopping Centre and a short walk to the local beach. The house is unfurnished at moment beacuse i'll move in August 16th, for that time it will be furnished with fridge, couch, Tv, dining table etc.. The rent is 200pw plus bills to share between us every 3 months. Internet is included. Bond is 2 weeks.
The house is cosy with a nice backyard and parking in the drive way. There is laundry with a washing machine so you can do your laundry at home! The room does have a bed and a clothes rack but these can be removed. There is shared bathroom but there is plenty of space for storage and a toilet separate so you will never have to wait while someones in the shower. The kitchen is equip with everything. The lounge room has plenty of space for hanging out and studying. Bills are around $100 a month and internet is around $45 Pets are welcome but negotiated upon meeting as I do already have a pet at the property. The area is super nice and most people are friendly. There is a train station close by with a set of shops within a 10 minute walk.
