About the property

It’s a great spot — just a 5-minute walk to the train station, shops, and the beach! The house overlooks the beautiful Seaford wetlands, so you’ll get to enjoy peaceful views and fresh air every day.

🏡 About the House:
It’s an older-style 3-bedroom home that I’ve made my own — full of life, warmth, and plenty of greenery (I love plants and gardening!). We compost, live a somewhat sustainable andfairly low tox house, and are mindful of our environment.
There are two living areas, a covered outdoor space, and a storage room out the back. Cats are okay indoors only. Dogs outside preferably.

House is furnished and lived in, efficient washer, dryer, fridge, water filter.. and a dishwasher we never use. Are welcome to bring your own furnishings will try to make it fit.

The available room is unfurnished, the bathroom us yours only making it perfect for someone who values a bit of personal space.

Usually split all bills 50/50.

Hi! My name’s Lucas i am studying arboriculture but im a Horticulturist by trade, and I’m looking for the right person to share our lovely home in Seaford.

👨‍👦 About Me:
I’m a busy single dad with an 8-year-old son who stays with me every second Thursday through Sunday. He’s my world, so being great with kids is a must. For piece of mind id prefer a Working With Children Check (WWC) and a couple of references preferably Despite being a male household , I'm proud to keep a clean, tidy space and i love being an awesome dad !!

I love playing music, music & its culture's, running events, art & creativity, alternative thinking & I like creating a calm, welcoming home — a place that’s both social and peaceful. I do like beer every so often and i am a smoker, but mindful of others.

✨ About You:
I’m hoping to find someone who works full-time/ part-time or studies ,easy-going, tidy, and kind — someone who appreciates a relaxed home and enjoys living by the beach. Bonus points if we share similar taste in music, but i can appreciate all good music 🎶

📅 Ideally, I’d love to have someone move in before Christmas.
This is a long-term rental if it feels like the right fit — perfect if you want to settle in and enjoy living on the gateway to the Peninsula.

If this sounds like your kind of home, please reach out and tell me a bit about yourself — I’d love to meet for a chat!
