About the property
Its very peaceful clean and tidy lots of plant life and plenty of places to just sit and relax outside.
10 minute walk to the train station and bus stop. The Seaford Wetlands and huge walking/cycling track is directly across the road. Woolworths supermarket, local shops and cafes (best pizza and kebab shop in victoria IMO) and the beach are all about a 5 min drive away (about a 10-15minute walk). About a 5 min drive to Eastlink/Peninsula link and the Frankston fwy that goes all the way to Dingley bypass cutting down the commute to the city.
The room has just been fully painted throughout, its just had woodgrain floating floorboards laid and new powerpoints, light switch and curtains.
It has a built in wardrobe and is unfurnished however i can assist you with buying and picking up furniture if needed.
The bathroom, toilet and laundry is just across the hallway.
Good sized backyard with storage areas. There is also a workshop area with tools etc.

About the flatmates
Im Cam 46yo male and my housemate Meg is a 34yo female we both love our peace and quiet and so do my 2 cats although sometimes we play music lol.
Neither of us smoke so if you smoke it will need to be done outside however i use a nicotine vape so vaping is fine inside.
We both like to have a clean and tidy house and keep busy.
I would be happy to share a meal/s and cook.
We both love a good chat but understand most people need some alone time as we both do too.
Meg works with computers and enjoys day trips/foraging in nature and gym and is hardly here most of the time, when she is here she mainly keeps to herself.
We both pitch in with the lawns and gardens but it not crucial you help with that, you are more than welcome to pick an area and start your own garden/vegie patch.
Im wanting to get back into art and start up some new hobbies like 3D printing once i can afford to.
I also like working with wood/building things and fixing stuff.
