Hi everyone just a brief introduction of a very spacious room I currently have available :

Queen room:

Includes a queen size bed, bedside table, tallboy x2 , a study desk with lamp.

Introduction of the house:

The house is close to Monash University - Peninsula Campus, Frankston hospital, St John of God Private hospital, Chisholm TAFE, various gyms, the beachside and numerous shopping centres. It is also a 5 minute stroll to Kananook train station and nearby bus stops.

The house is a shared house. This is a 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom home and will only have 3 individual tenants MAX. The toilet area is separate from the bathroom area.

The house has ducted heating in every room and around the home. It comprises of a very large backyard and front yard which gets maintained regularly. There is plenty of space to park cars in the front yard and driveway. The house also includes 2 fridges to share, lots of pantry space, dryer and washing machine facility and 4K smart TV and couches for living room and a big dining table area.

This is a quiet and clean home. Everyone's space and privacy is respected. This is a non-smoking and a non party home. It comes fully furnished.
