Our house is lovely, our family is warm and we live surrounded by nature but very close to the city with very good access by road or bus. The house is ideal for people who likes walking, exercising or relaxing in green areas. We often even get visited by koalas and wallabys! The suburb is very safe and there is plenty of parking on the street and a lot of safety features in the house.
Bright rooms with EXCLUSIVE use of your own kitchen and one bathroom for the tenants (family space is upstairs)

You will get everything you need for everyday living in the house and we are 5 minutes walk from ALDI, Mount Gravat TAFE, public swimming pool, gyms, and bus stops that connect you to airport, city, Westfield Carindale, Westfield Mount Gravat, Sunnybank. Etc.

About the flatmates
We are a young family with three children, a dog and four laying hens. We speak Cantonese, Spanish and English at home interchangeably (at least the kids do!). Our lovely home has a beautiful yard and is next to a huge park ideal for those who like walks, jog or bike rides. We look for someone who wants the independence but who is also welcome to be in company of our family and make yourself a home. All bills are included, high speed internet and you will have access to your own kitchen.
