The environment is freindly and warm. My home is close to all facities with a shop within a 10 minute walk for groceries and buses at my door. We have easy access to the City, Garden City and Carindale, the major shopping centres. There is a public swimming pool and gyms within easy walking distance. There are a variety of restaraunts and takeaway food cafes and three major supermarkets very close walking distance.
Access to public transport is at my door with 30 - to 45 min access to the City.
