Nice size big room.Double bed, fully furnished ,with desk , lamp and chair , big cupboard . Has a brand new good ceiling fan.
Small aircon unit .

Nice big backyard to relax or study in. Walking distance to public transport,both bus and trains, very close by . Once on the train takes 10-15 mins to city centre.
We have nice coffee shops,beautiful parks with bike/walking tracks very near by , shopping centres,gyms and a local pub!.
You will be sharing all of the down stairs part of the house with our Korean lady only ,she is a lovely young lady , 29 years old , on a working visa , goes to university. She is really friendly .Her English is good.
It’s just like a 2nd house downstairs with an internal staircase inbetween,large spaces . Private entrance .
Plenty of street parking as well .
Myself(Jules) and husband Dave live upstairs,we are in our mid fifties. Very nice couple who own our home. Must like animals,as have two spoilt small dogs,and a young cat who sometimes like to visit you.But they are mostly upstairs with us or the garden .But if you like animals you will have some furry friends.
Have Foxtel.
We are very nice,friendly,honest,trustworty ,clean and easy going people and looking for the same in a tentant.Would prefer someone/students or travellers who are quiet and or studying as this is not a party house ,but a nice , happy , sociable safe and trustworthy home .
.We have also homestayed many international students from time to time from ACU and English colleges.

Ten minutes to the airport and no Tolls.

Electricity, water and internet are included in rent .
We sometimes have bbqs and dinners with neighbours and friends in our backyard.
Wooloowin train station is less than 10mins walk and then takes approximately 10-15mins to city. Bus stops very close too.
No smokers .
