• Spacious & Comfortable: This single-story home features four bedrooms (two used as a study and ironing room). The available room is generously sized, furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a nearly-new mattress with a protector, a desk, chair, drawers, and a built-in wardrobe with a three-tier drawer for your belongings. (Please note: furniture cannot be removed due to limited storage.)

Your Private Space
• Security shutters on the bedroom ensure peace of mind.
• Enjoy your own private bathroom and toilet, situated at the far end of the house for added tranquility.

Shared Space
You’ll have full access to a well-equipped kitchen, stocked with all utensils, pots, pans, and bakeware. While kitchen cupboards are full, shared fridge and freezer space is available. For laundry needs, there’s a laundrette just a 3-minute drive away, offering affordable self-service washers and dryers.

What’s Included
• Utilities and movie streaming services are included in the rent. Optional internet access is available.
• On-site parking is provided if needed.
• Conveniently located near public transport, Eden Rise shops, and freeway access.
This is not shared living it is room to rent.

House Rules
• No guests are allowed for privacy and security reasons. No pets thank you. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor covered area.

About Me
I’m a friendly homeowner in my 50s,
I run my own care support business from home, confidentiality is a huge part of my business and therefore, it is essential that the boarder be full-time employed and working outside of the home during business hours.

While I value my own space, I’m happy to chat occasionally. Evenings are typically spent in my bedroom reading or watching movies, so interactions may be minimal. I share my home with a gentle therapy greyhound who is non-intrusive and friendly.

Cleaning & Maintenance
The property is always clean and has a welcoming, homely atmosphere. A professional cleaner visits fortnightly. Your contribution is $16.50 for the cleaning of your room and shared spaces, ensuring a hygienic environment. This service includes:
• Bedroom: Dusting, vacuuming, and surface cleaning.
• Bathroom: Shower, sink, and floor cleaning.
• Toilet: Scrubbing, mopping, and cleaning.

What I Am Looking For
• Full-time employed individuals working outside the home (during business hours) who are clean, tidy, respectful, and polite.
• No drugs or alcohol abuse will be tolerated.
• A police check or current employment reference is required prior to moving in.
