Hi my future housemate,
This is a 4 bedroom house but only occupy 3 ppl regularly.
The room is on the other end of the house, so it is quite cosy place away from the other rooms.
The house locates near the spring and shopping center plus you can enjoy morning walk or just go shopping after work.
Your roommates is an old couple at the moment who are quite and keep the house clean. They are quiet, clean and respectful. Enjoy own privacy but like an occasional chat.
