About the flatmates
We are mature professionals, working fulltime. I have my own room and ensuite.
The apartment is a short 5min walk from Flinders and Spring St free tram zone. 5mins from Fitzroy Gardens, the Flinders, Parliament and Jolimont stations. As well as the MCG.
The main bathroom will be shared with a female who graduated with Masters from Melb Uni; works as a full-time early childhoof and Kindergarten educator.
This is a fully furnished apartment, with lounge, dining, laundry and bedroom, as per photos. Also ncludes access to onsite gym and pool.
We are looking for someone who is looking for a home, not just a shared house. A clean and quite space with like minded people.
We enjoy a chat, home cooked meals and watching T.V.
We enjoy a quite dinner at home and happy to share meals if / when we are all home. We can enjoy some social weekends if interested and happy to show international guests the sites, or trying out different restaurants, if we are all free to attend. Look forward to hearing from you.
