Although the room is advertised as non furnished, the current tenants are selling their furniture so this is available if required. The back yard is secure and has a bbq and table and chairs. Front yard is also safe and secure for bikes. We have a house cleaner every fortnight so we don't have to worry whose turn it is to mop the floors! :-) The room is suitable for a couple or a single person.
