About the property
It’s a beautiful house that is tranquil and looks lovely. Neighbours are very friendly and we look out for each other. We are looking for non smokers, no drugs and no party people or overnight guests . We value our privacy but in saying that we are very friendly and accommodating. It is a 10 minute walk into the city and about a five minute walk to restaurants and bars. I work 6 days a week, long hours and when I’m home I like to relax and read in my room. There is one other tenant. He is a professional person and is rarely home. Rent includes all bills and internet. Please note this is for a single we don’t accept couples sorry. It’s a very peaceful suburb and so close to everything.

About the flatmates
I’m a single mum with a 15 year old son. He lives with me 50% of the time. There is another professional who also lives with us but is also working . I’m a professional and value a quiet peaceful environment. I like to read , watch movies, cook, walk and catch up with friends in my spare time. We would love a like minded person. We have zero tolerance for drug taking and smokers including vapes. We all keep to ourselves but we are friendly.
The bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, and desk. Bathroom is shared. Rate includes all expenses except for cleaning which is shared cost once a week. This room is for a single person no couples. No drugs or smokers or party people or overnight guests .
