About the flatmates
We are a friendly family of 4 (Couple with 2 adult daughters) who would welcome a short-term guest in our beautifully renovated, large home. There is enough space for you to have peace and privacy however we are always happy for a chat!
The room is located upstairs and is fully furnished.
You would be welcome to use the kitchen and all living areas of the home. All cleaning and bills are covered.
The location is walking distance from Malvern Station and Caulfield Station. Tram route 5 is 100m away, which takes you straight into the city.
We have a very friendly Labrador who does not go upstairs but if you are fearful or allergic to dogs this may not be the home for you.
