Hi guys have a newly renovated spare room with new carpet, new blinds all new furniture and freshly painted. Has large WIR and private balcony. Basically an ensuite bathroom as there is a second toilet in the laundry but shower is shared. Tv, Netflix, internet and bills are all included. Just myself and my border collie and live here - I work full time during the week 6:30am - 4:30pm so like to keep quiet during the week but more than happy to have a beer or 2 and a bbq on the weekends.. the room has 2 new single beds so perfect for 2 friends studying/ travelling with public transport right out the front and the city/ beach and trendy chapel/ Acland street only minutes away. Twin share $500 a week - the perfect pad for short term stays.
