What does it cost to rent close to my uni in 2021?
With the arrival of Feb, it means many of our community will be heading back to uni. Did somebody say O-WEEK party?! We’re guessing you’re going to want to live somewhere close to uni for the ultimate sleep-in time after all those late nights at the pub right?

Lucky for you, we’ve run the data and found the average price to rent close to the most popular universities in each state. Average rent is calculated by suburbs in a 3km radius of the uni campus. As always, we’ve listed the weekly price for a private room in a share house.

Make sure if you’re going to Monash you know whether you’re at Caulfield or Clayton, as they’re a solid 10km apart!
