This is a lovely new townhouse in Adamstown. As I've come to learn it has been the most ideal location as it is about a 10 minute drive to the uni, 2 minutes from Kotara and a $13 uber trip to the centre. It conveniently located at the back of the block which has provided plenty of security to the household. The neighbours are also lovely and never had an issue with them. The house itself is furnished with all of my own furnishing (some of tims) but unfortunately the room is unfurnished. The house is extremely spacious. The room is big enough for a Queen bed and still a desk but the measurements are provided in the pictures anyway. (bed 3). It also has a built in robe. The rent is $180 each. 105$ each for a couple. Internet $24 a month (we deliberately got the higher speed) Bills quarterly and super dooper cheap. We do have the garage as storage so if you need to store anything that is also available :) Bare in mind the pictures are from when it was first built I think about 2 years ago. If you would like current pictures with the furniture I'm more than happy to do that !
The house is in a really nice neighbourly street, close to shops (Westfield Kotara), McDonald Jones Stadium and close enough to drive into town/beach in 5-10 minutes. The house itself is nicely refurbished and clean, as a bonus there is air conditioning for those hot summer days. There’s also a large backyard which we use to kick around a soccer ball or play catch. Photos will be up soon!!
NBN with unlimited data. Decently sized room and common areas. Close to Broadmeadow Station (5min walk). In a quiet neighbourhood. Backyard is concrete & shared with contracting business (they do the mowing and any house repairs needed). Bills are not included in rent. All bills are split evenly. Internet is every month, utilities are every three months. We sort ourselves out food-wise.
My lovely 2-bedroom weatherboard house is a light-filled, airy, retro place to live, close to the John Hunter Hospital, within walking distance to Westfield Kotara and the New Lambton and Blackbutt shops. I have a nice big backyard, on street parking and an outside dog who loves to play. Sorry but I don't want any other pets moving in. The room has a reverse cycle, split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, built in wardrobe and a tv outlet. There are 2 main living areas, the main one of which has air conditioning. One of the bathrooms has been recently renovated. I think it's a really nice, quiet place to live. Sorry, no smokers.

The house is cute and pretty groovy. We live about 15-20 min walk to the beach. Everything works and I’ve had no troubles with the realestate. Ive loved living here and it’s in the perfect location to get around.
