An easygoing house with myself and my two dogs Winnie & Mac (german shep cross and golden retriever). It’s a two bedroom, spacious house with lots of light filled rooms, floorboards throughout (bar the kitchen, weird) and large back yard with a massive fig tree and lemon/lime tree! The house has a study that’s all set up between the two bedrooms, and a shared bathroom with shower. There is a large living area that’s open plan with a dining room and kitchen. I have a fully furnished house and spare room, the only thing you need to bring is yourself and maybe another couch! If you have your own bed e.t.c it’s easy enough to move the furnishings out. I also have a tumble dryer/washer, microwave, large TV, DVD, Netflix and wifi. The room itself is rather quaint, good sized, and well lite with a view of the garden. It has a BIR, and currently had a queen sized bed in there will still plenty of space. I’m afraid none of the bills are included but between the two of us they are pretty minimal (I’ve asked the dogs they won’t put in. Rude) The two dogs are inside dogs, they are outside when I’m not home and are very human orientated.

It's slightly on the smaller side but can cosily fit a double bed, desk and cupboard/clothes rack. Transport wise, there is the 475 bus stop 350m away, or the 59 tram a 14min to the end of the street (according to Maps). There’s easy parking on the street, and a single garage. I have a car but I’m not fussed on using the garage.
