Its a very freindly family home. Have been hosting students in the past 5 years. My children also grown up and in the full time work force and house has spare fully furnished rooms so i can use to make a extra income.This home also has 2 kitchens and any one free to make their own meals with out any interference.it also has Beautiful gardens and back yard with a pergola. Situated close to park lands ,walking tracks, creek, and even a tennis court. Can walk to the bus in 7 mins and 12 mins walk to the Westfield shopping centre and Essendon fields. DFO also in less than 10 mins drive. Melbourne Airport is 10 mins drive from my home, 59 tram routs is near by and has easy access via free way to the city.
This brand new townhouse is beautifully styled and ready for you to move in. Westfield with Coles, Kmart etc is a 3 minute walk, a tram is a 10 minute walk, busses at the front door, airport is a 10 minute drive, factory outlets are a 5 minute drive, heaps of gyms including F45 around the corner plus new walking tracks and big parks. Uber and Deliveroo delivers here too, win! Heating and cooling both upstairs and downstairs but the house is so new that its pretty temperature controlled on its own, super fast nbn, bbq, cosy shared spaces and lovely neighbours. Your bedroom is completely unfurnished (same size as mine, I fit a queen bed, bedside tables, tallboy and mirror), there is a wardrobe with hanging space only (picture of the bedroom with the desk and sofa bed is yours however the items inside with be in the upstairs shared space). All you'll need is a bed and some bedside tables and you're sweet! Downstairs has the living, dining and kitchen, as well as a toilet and laundry plus a small yard. Upstairs has a seperate sitting area with a sofa (turns into a bed), desk and bookshelf. Both bedrooms and bathroom are also upstairs. Bills are included in the weekly rent. This wouldn’t suit somebody looking for a long term space, 6 months maximum preferably. I'd prefer rent to be paid monthly however even if you choose weekly, you would need to the first month in advance so you're always 4 weeks ahead (my rent works the same way).
Unfurnished (or partially furnished) room with ensuite. Flexible move in date if enough notice it given. It's officially available from the week of December 9th. My vacating housemate has suggested she has some flexibilty though. It's a beautiful 2 level house with lots of light and greenery. House is fully furnished except for the spare bedroom (a queen bed base is available if required but no mattress. A tall boy is also available should you require more storage). The available bedroom is on the upper level with the living space and kitchen. It has a large ensuite with a spa bath and shower, built in robes and room for a Queen bed. The bedrooms/bathrooms are located on seperate floors and so allow for a little privacy when required. The upstairs is airconditioned and has ducted heating and the kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven and a shared fridge. There is a washing machine in a small laundry and a clothes line out the back. There is a garage that has space for 1 car (possibly two small cars, but this theory has never been tested. It's currently used for storage only) and there's space to park in the driveway. Currently myself and the vacating tenant use the driveway and park on street. I'm happy to discuss parking arrangements however. House is also convenient for Tulla/Calder Freeways and Ring Road. So its quick to get to the Airport and into the city. There are resident cats who are very affectionate. They will give you love so be prepared. The cats are indoor/outdoor cats but only allowed out in the backyard which has cat nets to prevent them from roaming. There is no litter tray inside the house as the cats have permanent access to the enclosed space out the back. Some caution would be required to make sure they do not get out the front door.
