Hi everyone, we've got a lovely bright room in our share house available. The house is a five minute walk from the beach, shops and train station. It's got two large lounge rooms, separate study and two bathrooms and a big garden. There are two of us in the house at the moment, Emma works full time in the city as a recruiter and Scott is an electrician who travels for work. All of the bills including foxtel and internet are included, the only thing extra we pay for is a cleaner to come out every fortnight. She does a really good job and we pay $12.50 each per week towards it. We have two dogs, Jack and Rosie, who are really friendly and love a walk to the beach. They love food and can be energetic so you must love animals! We're really looking for someone who is happy to share the occasional meal and get along as friends rather than just housemates.
