It's right on the beautiful beach in Aspendale, I have a lovely balcony with sea views, we see dolphins all the time, it's wonderful, really friendly block of flats. 10 minute walk to mordialloc which has great shops, bars and restaurants. Fantastic place to live!!

Hi! I'm looking to rent out a room in our modern townhouse. Walking distance to the beach and 10-15 walk to both Mordialloc/Parkdale stations/cafes/shops. There is also a local grocer/butcher/cafe 2 mins walk away. I'm renting a large room with a built in robe. My daughter and I live upstairs and share an ensuite and the room I'm renting is downstairs and has it's own bathroom. The room can come fully furnished, but I'd prefer a flatmate with their own bedroom furniture (so my daughter can have the double bed and finally get rid of her pink toddler bed)! There is on street parking. If you're unfamiliar with Parkdale it is a beautiful and safe neighbourhood. There's a generous sized fenced courtyard which comes with a BBQ that you're welcome to use 😊
