Hi Guys! I have an amazing beach front apartment in Mordialloc with a room which is needing to be rented. The room is a decent size, with a built in robes and heaps of natural light. The apartment has a really beach like feel and the whole front, which is glass bi-fold doors opens up onto the decking (can suss in the photos). The apartment is a 5-7 minute walk from mordialloc shops, train station and nightlife. I have furnished the whole apartment with the exception of the room available. The highlight of this place is the beach which is literally across the road, so summers as you could imagine are amazing!! The unit is light and bright with a large kitchen, living space and lots of outdoor decking out the back. There is plenty of parking out the front of the unit, there is also a lockup garage. This is a great place to live, easy walking distance to the train station and beach, great for summer.
