The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs and one downstairs. There are 2 upstairs bedrooms available and they both fit a queen bed and they also share a balcony. The shared bathroom upstairs has a bath in it and all rooms have available air conditioning if needed to keep the place nice and cool in summer. All bills such as electricity, gas and water are split 3 ways which works out to be roughly $20 extra per week. There are 2 adorable little dogs that live here (indoor dogs) so you must be a dog lover! There is also a family day care that runs here from 7:00am - 6:00pm Monday-Friday (only 4 kids) but we are out for the majority of the day and most people are working during these hours anyway! The 2 bedrooms are also upstairs and the family day care is downstairs. The house is always kept immaculate and toys are packed away after each day.
