Walking distance (400 metres), to Nundah Village where you’ll find an array of shops including grocery, retail, food & drink, off-street parking readily available, 400m to train, 9km to Brisbane CBD and 8km to Brisbane airport. This house has served me well but unfortunately I've had to move away for my new job. The house is super spacious, under a year old, 5min walk to geebung station, 20min drive to the CBD. It features ducted air conditioning throughout the whole house, open plan living, massive kitchen with plenty of storage space and a large oven with gas stove top. Toilet on bottom level with another toilet upstairs with a modern bathroom. The house is already fully furnished (except your bedroom) and has all the appliances you could need however, if you have anything to contribute that would be great! -bills not included -internet is available for an extra $30 a month -will be required to be on the lease, which ends very start of April and will most likely be renewed if everything is sweet -bond is required - sorry no pets

Our house is clean and modern one storey house which consists of one master bedroom with en-suite, three bedrooms and a toilet and a bathroom, Kitchen, Dining room and TV area. The rent fee is $130 per week with bond of $260 (leave notice in at least 2 weeks in advance). The rent includes electricity and water bill, wi-fi internet, a new single bed, a new desk and chair, a fan and a built-in ward lobe. You and another female tenants will only share second toilet and the bathroom as well as a refrigerator. If you are a considerate, tidy and animal lover, you can be our share mate. We have a lovely and quiet small dog who has a cat’s personality. There is no party at home due to a shift worker in the house. But inviting friends for meals are fine. Boondall entertainment centre is only 1.7km away from our home. 7. Want to trip to Sunshine coast and Gold coast. Our home is only 3 minutes distance by a car to get on a M1 motor way.
