Looking for 1 person to join the existing 3 tenants in a house in Banyo.

Much to my dissapointment, I have to break lease due to relocating for work.

There is 1 bedroom available with a shared bathroom between you and another male for $240/wk per room. We’d like a roommate who is clean and respectful of the house they live in and the people they share a house with.

Room is unfurnished, but has a built in wardrobe, a ceiling fan, and has space for a double bed and more furniture.

Water is approx $60 per quarter pp.
Electricity is approx $120 per quarter pp.
Internet is approx $30 per month pp.

Current tenants are 2 males and 1 female, all working professionals. One couple who share the ensuite bedroom and one other male who you will be sharing the bathroom with. They do not drink, it’s very very occasional that they do, they don’t party, they are pretty easygoing and easy to get along with, and they don’t really have people over often. It is a quiet and chill household and neighbourhood. The Banyo train station is only 5-10mins walk. There are cafes, groceries, pharmacies, and shops within 5-10 mins walk as well.

The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 office, wide open space kitchen with living room, big back porch, garden, laundry facilities, a driveway and free street parking with plenty of spaces.

Kitchen includes an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, an air fryer and a lot of kitchen utensils to use.
