Banyo, Brisbane

Located in a quiet part of Banyo, 10-minute walks from the train station, shops, and lovely cafes. A short bike ride to ACU.

The house has a spacious open-plan kitchen and living space with lots of nice amenities such as a (proper) coffee machine, a fancy water filter, and robot vaccum.

There is also a separate second living space / breakout room for when you want some peace and quiet instead.

There's a large patio, with BBQ, day bed, a hammock (so chill), and decently big backyard too. Perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

Each bedroom is sizeable, and so is the shared bathroom, with shower, bath, and separate toilet.

I'm living in property too, in the master bedroom.

I usually work from home, but I am out and about most evenings and weekends. I like to wind down with some TV when I get home.

I'm very friendly, and I love social cooking, having a drink, and some laughs, but happy to give you your space too.

I also have two wonderful dogs that will keep you company and bug you for cuddles, so I hope you like dogs!

They stay outside during the day mostly, but sleep in the living room at night.
