This is a gorgeous house which is large, spacious and fully furnished. This room is a large Master bedroom which is beautifully laid out with matching suite of furniture, large walk-in wardrobe, jacuzzi bath, shower, sink and separate toilet - all ensuite. Our house is a beautiful large, spacious and light house in a quiet area of Goonellabah but just 20 mins walk from several shops, gym, leisure centre, library etc. and a 10 minute drive to Lismore. The room is suitable for a single person at $180 per week including all bills- electricity, water, wifi, and use of swimming pool and veggie/herb garden. Inside the house is fully furnished with all modern conveniences. We have electric heating inside and a wood burning stove for additional heat in winter. The house is clean and tidy and everyone living here is easy going and friendly. The main house rules are keeping the house clean and tidy and we also have a no-alcohol/drugs and smoking policy. The Edge was originally built for student accommodation. It is a "men" only facility. It is a great place to stay if you need to spend time in Lismore. Handy to Rous Road shops, pool, BBQ area, recreation room with pool table, DVD's, shared kitchen and bathrooms and laundry. Common areas are cleaned daily. Linen is supplied and washed for you.
