The location is amazing: 5 minutes walk to Balmain ferry and city buses, 10 minutes to Balmain Woolworths and Darling St pubs. The room is big and looks out over Mort Bay Park/ the harbour. The house has a great garden/deck for entertaining, with outdoor setting and BBQ. Housemates are two professional women in their early 30s. We are social but independent. Smoking is ok on the balcony but keeping the doors closed! - I am a pretty proactively clean person and whilst everything needs to be clean I like a house to be lived in so if you're super strict with it being a bit untidy then it's not for you.
