Next to Balmain wharf with a private beach. (I know right?) Not the largest apartment in Balmain, but the location is bloody choice. Unless the sound of children's laughter in the park across the road makes you question your solitary existence, in which case this is probably not the place for you. (Or, you know, just buy ear plugs.)
