The apartment is spacious, bright, and perfectly located close to the city, offering the best of both worlds—urban convenience and a relaxed, comfortable home. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, creating an airy and welcoming atmosphere. Once my flatmate moves out, I’ll be updating some of the furniture, so the space will have a fresh new look.

The room is $510 per week, with an additional $40 per week for bills. It comes unfurnished and features two mirrored wardrobes, along with a private ensuite that includes both a bath and a shower — your own little retreat within the apartment. A couple would be considered at $600 per week.

The rest of the apartment is fully furnished with all the essentials and more, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge, and everything needed for a comfortable home. If you have your own furniture, I’m happy to discuss accommodating it to make the space work for both of us.

As part of a modern complex, we have access to fantastic amenities, including a hot tub, pool, a small gym, and a Finnish sauna—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The rooftop terrace, complete with BBQ facilities.

Located in Pyrmont, the apartment is just minutes from the CBD, Darling Harbour, and the Sydney Fish Market. The area is known for its charming blend of waterfront parks, trendy cafes, and great restaurants, all within walking distance. It’s a lively yet laid-back neighbourhood, ideal for those who enjoy city life without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle.
