It is a very convenient location, SCU is 4 km from my house, about 6 minutes drive. The address is 3/95 Sawtell Road, Toormina. Each room has a double built-in wardrobe, study desk and queen size bed. There are 2 rooms available, the large room is for $170 per week. The medium room is $150 per week. The rent includes electricity, water and NBN internet. We provides microwave, electric stove and oven. There are 2 toilets in the house and off street parking.

The unit is fully furnished you would only need to furnish your room. Water, electricity and internet bills are all included in the $185 a week, however, once the bill comes IF there are any extra changes the bill is split equally. This has not happened with my previous flatmate but has happened in the past. I’m preferably looking for someone who either works fill-time or is enrolled in tertiary study and must be clean, tidy and respectful. Preferably a non-smoker.
