Single bed bedroom. Shared bathroom. I do have another room where couples can stay.

Easy going, like sharing meals, like having people around, but it is not a party house.
Its a small 3 bed room home with nice friendly people. Won't suit every one but those on low budget will suit best.
Room has a single bed , Desk, Dresser, Wardrobe and shelving.
The window looks over back yard and bush land.
Foreigners are welcome, as I have done a lot of traveling and stay in backpackers hostels, most of the time when not couch-surfing.

Sharing meals sometimes , and learning to cook other types of meals, can be fun. Just a small house and small room in a reasonable quiet street.
Rent includes Water, Electricity, and use of Kitchen and washing machine. Laundry and dish soap, Toilet paper.
Unlimited internet available.

No Bond, but I ask you to pay 2 weeks in advance plus 1 week up front. So you need to pay for 3 weeks on move in day.
On street parking only. NO DOG/CATS
