We have one room available from approximately October 9th. We have a wonderful house in great condition, with almost every possible amenity; with a rental price that includes all bills. One end of the house is devoted almost exclusively to tenants with two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed, mattress and all furniture. There's a shared bathroom, a recent upgrade to NBN which is strong, central heating and evaporative cooling, brilliant garden, BBQ area, decking etc, and with views of Mount Dandenong. A relatively 'young' kitchen and dining area benefit from beautiful wood flooring, all of the cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils you could ever need. So I guess that to an extent, we've got almost everything one could want in a shared facility.
