My place is about an 8 minute walk to the bus stop if you are using public transport. There is an awesome reserve 2 min away as well. It is a big place which I just want to share with another roomie. $250 covers all bills as well apart from groceries. Depends on if you want to share meals or do your own thing :) The place also has two toilets but one shared bathroom. There was no real option to put that in.
