About the flatmates

Hi. I am in my 60s, seeking someone to share my modest 3 bedroom home. I am retired but keep physically active (walking, gym or, given the increasingly rare chance, moving/grooving to a good band!) and community engaged. I am moderately left-leaning (so on my part its a bit of a no-no to Trump admirers and/or conspiracy theorists!). I'm relatively low key, like to keep my home clean and tidy but not overly obsessive. I do not smoke but enjoy the occasional glass of wine or beer, catching up with friends over coffee and social occasions as they occur. In the evenings I'll kickback watching some TV & streaming (eg docos, quality series, not big on MAFS or The Block). I do have a small but friendly house-trained dog. Over time I've lost enthusiasm for cooking creative meals. So now I mainly cook basic stuff like pasta dishes or stir-fry, fish, but limit red meat. I'm ok to share some meals along these lines as/if/when our respective schedules or preferences permit. But otherwise I guess its a topic (along with things like general household consumables) to discuss and work out between us initially.
I would like to have a housemate who is:
*fairly relaxed, sociable and with a sense of humour, willing to be part of the 'home' atmosphere.
*respectful of the house and its contents and contributes to the daily housekeeping type tasks (eg - yawn - dish drying!), general upkeep stuff (eg the occasional weed-yanking!).
*considerate of one another's personal space and privacy.
*in summary: believes in the principle of 'treat others as you would want to be treated'!
