About the flatmates
A very safe quiet house to come home to. I can show you my Police Check & Working with Children card at inspection. They are clean as.
Currently, there are 2 female tenants (work 2 jobs each that live here for nearly 2 years), 1 male tenant (work full time) and I (work full time) are in the 4 bedrooms and 4 en-suites townhouse. So we barely see each other.
I am looking for a full time or part-time working flatmate to share a peaceful, quiet, organised and clean townhouse, who always clean after themselves and take part in weekly cleaning of common areas. Smokers must smoke outside.
