This is a third floor unit close to Box Hill Central, there is really good heating and I have unlimited internet for $30 each per month, bills are also pretty cheap :) The room itself is a decent size and has a massive built in wardrobe. It’s aacross from the shared bathroom which has a washing machine + dryer and a combined shower/bath with water pressure unrivalled by any shower i’ve ever been in! There is a communal lounge room/dining room with a TV, couch and table + chairs and there’s a bit of room for moving around. The kitchen is somewhat small but has recently been renovated and there are hot plates, an oven, fridge and microwave. ☺️ There is a small balcony attached to the front of the lounge room looking onto the street, however personally I hardly use it. I don’t really have any special rules other than a request that there aren’t any illicit drugs on the property - I don’t mind if that’s what you like to do in your own time, but I don’t want to be caught up in any issues that might be created through you having them in our house :)
